Los primeros postulados teóricos y conceptuales del silencio organizacional

El fenómeno del silencio organizacional ha despertado interés debido a la problemática que genera dentro de las organizaciones. Diversas investigaciones han profundizado en el estudio de este fenómeno por sus afectaciones tanto a la organización como al individuo, identificando consecuencias negativas para ambos. Estudios previos sobre el silencio organizacional señalan diversas consecuencias asociadas a este fenómeno. El objetivo del presente trabajo es identificar las consecuencias del silencio organizacional en la conducta de los individuos. La metodología empleada consiste en un análisis comparativo de investigaciones que abordan el fenómeno del silencio organizacional, a partir de una revisión de literatura de los principales estudios publicados desde 1998. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptivo y comparativo. Los hallazgos muestran situaciones negativas relacionadas con la conducta del individuo o del trabajador dentro de la organización
